Dinner & Dialogue: Cultural Transitions and Belonging
- Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 4:00pm to 5:30pm

It's the start of a new academic year. Many of you are in your first semester, while many more are returning from home to a familiar, yet still different campus. This week we will be discussing how to deal with the cultural differences and transitions from home to campus. Learning how to best acclimate to the new environment, while still staying true to yourself will help with you success on campus, and in life.
In collaboration with American Indian/Alaska Native Student Success, Counseling & Psychological Services, Empower and the Office of International Programs, TRIO SSS co-hosts Dinner & Dialogue Workshops designed to help discuss potential changes, challenges, and strategies you may be experiencing on campus. These workshops are an opportunity for students, staff, and faculty to meet with one another, enjoy a meal together, and gain additional support, resources, and skills to enhance your experience at MSU.
