MSU Wonderlust Aging with Grace course begins

Aging with Grace, a six-session non-credit course from MSU Wonderlust, begins Thursday, Oct. 18.
This course will explore various viewpoints on the process of aging in America. In our time together, we will examine historical, cultural, social, philosophical, psychological and physiological aspects of aging.
This course incorporates a read, lecture, and discuss format, utilizing contemporary and science-based readings to explore the dynamic of "aging with grace." A sneak peek of topics include: Successful Aging: Truth or Myth?, Blue Zones: The Impact of Community on Longevity, Resiliency and Aging: The Paradox of Old Age, and the Youth Elder Gap: Is It Necessary?
