In our daily lives we often times may feel that despite our success, we are not good enough, or a phony, and fear that sooner or later, someone will find us out. This feeling is called imposter syndrome, and it can present itself in a number of ways that may keep us from engaging in school or making connections. This Dinner & Dialogue we will dicsuss imposter syndrome, the feelings related to it, and coping strategies.
