As part of the Institute on Ecosystems' Distinguished Lecturer Series, Dr. Andrea Litt will give a talk titled "Going to Bat for Bats: Informing Bat Conservation at Three Scales" on Tuesday, November 27 at 7 p.m. in the MSU Procrastinator Theater (SUB Building).
Dr. Andrea Litt is an Associate Professor in the Ecology Department at Montana State University. Her primary research interests include quantifying responses of animals to human activities and disturbance, exploring the mechanisms of those responses, developing tools for restoration, and informing the design of monitoring programs. She holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin, an M.S. from the University of Florida, and a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona.
This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served beforehand.
