Turning down the intensity and regaining high-quality movement patterns that focus on building you up, not breaking you down. Each session of the three weeks will introduce a new way of thinking about strength and conditioning training to help re-claim control of movement patterns, build positional and unilateral strength, and broaden gym knowledge to get re-energized about training. Running for three weeks 7-7:50 AM, starting February 27 until March 13, 2019.
Weekly Agenda:
2/27- Upper body push, press, and pull focus
3/6- Lower body focus (back/front/overhead squats, lunges, etc.)
3/13- Hinge lift focus (deadlift, kettlebell swing/clean/snatch, cleans, snatch, etc.)
$35 for members of Marga Hosaeus Fitness Center, $55 for non-members.
