Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Workshop
- Monday, May 20, 2019 from 9:00am to 2:00pm
- Hilton Garden Inn, Bozeman
Many owners and leaders of small and mid-sized businesses love their company and people, but feel frustration about growth. They controlled the business; now it feels like the business controls them!In this workshop, you can learn the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a complete and proven set of concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of leadership teams. You'll learn three important aspects:
- Vision: Getting everyone in your organization on the same page
- Traction: Instilling discipline and accountability throughout the organization so everyone executes the vision every day
- Health: Helping leaders and teams become cohesive, functional and healthy teammates.
This class is a comprehensive review of the EOS model. You'll be able to step outside and see your organization from a new perspective and learn how to apply the tools for immediate benefit and impact. All participants will receive a copy of " Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business " by Gino Wickman, which details the EOS system and includes checklists, organizing tools and scorecards.
The instructor is Jerry Kauffman , a native Montanan who lives and works in Missoula and surrounding cities. He's had a 30-year business career, serving in a range of foles and large and small companies. After implementing EOS in his company, Jerry saw firsthand how successful the system can be. He now share his passion by helping other organizations implement EOS and share the same great benefits.
The workshop is open to the public; members of MPIA can receive a discount on tuition. For more information or to register, visit the Academic Technology and Outreach registration site.
