Wellness Cafe is a series of workshops to inspire your wellbeing! This week, our topic is "Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction" where we will explore mindfulness and how it can change your life! We will be meeting on the 2nd floor of the Renne Library right at the top of the stairs. Stop by for some snacks and great discussion! Whether you have 5 minutes or the whole half hour to sit with us, any time dedicated to your wellbeing is time well spent!
