Montana Shakes! at MOR

- Museum of the Rockies, Hager Auditorium - view map
Montana Shakes! presents this season's only public performance of "Faithful Friends", our K-5 friendly adaptation of "The Two Gentlemen of Verona". This presentation is free and open to the public! No museum admission is required.
In "Faithful Friends", Valentine and Proteus are best buds. Valentine loves Silvia and Proteus loves Julia... until Proteus meets Silvia and betrays both his BFF and his hometown gal in one fell swoop. Sheesh! Luckily, Julia's faithful friend, Crabbe the dog, is always there.
On Monday, February 17th (President's day - no school!), catch Montana Shakes! latest production, directed by Matt Foss at the Museum of the Rockies' Hager Auditorium. The performance is free and open to the public. The audience gets to help write the play in a MadLibs style and some may even be asked to help tell the story on stage!
The performance is about 35 minutes long and will be followed by a Q&A with the actors. Montana Shakes! is the elementary outreach program of Shakespeare in the Parks and tours adaptations of Shakespeare's plays to 60 elementary schools across Montana and Wyoming each spring.
