Deadline to apply for Phlebotomy Technician Course

Montana State University offers a Phlebotomy Technician Course designed for people who plan to work for a clinical laboratory, public health department, clinic, or hospital. Applications are due March 27.
The course begins online April 19. The first campus lab session is April 27.
The course combines 30 hours of online instruction, 15 hours of face-to-face instruction and 100 hours of supervised clinical experience through a CLIA regulated accredited laboratory. Students will complete their clinical experience at either Bozeman Deaconess Hospital or Madison Valley Medical Center in Ennis.
After successfully completing the classroom and clinical practicum components of the course, MSU will endorse students to sit for their exam through the American Society for Clinical Pathology in order to become a Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
