Office of International Programs and the MSU Writing Center invite all students interested in studying abroad to learn about scholarship opportunities and gain skills to write your scholarship essay.
Students receiving Federal Pell Grants are encouraged to attend to learn about the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program. This national scholarship opportunity promotes international exchange and study abroad through grants provided to eligible applicants. Montana State University is proud to have Gilman recipients every year, including the most recent recipient Adriana Leal. The Gilman deadline for summer 2016, fall 2016 and academic year 2016-2017 scholarship grants in March 1.
This workshop will focus on the Gilman essay prompt, but the skills and discussion will be applicable for anyone interested in learning about to write essays for scholarship and study abroad opportunities. Pizza will be served, so please RSVP.
