Cyndi has served the Department since 2004 as the Director of the Education Academic Advising Center. She has provided an outstanding level of service and support for students and their families as well as for faculty and staff—both in our department and across campus. Cyndi provides in-depth, accurate academic information helping students pursue their personal goals and navigate the complexities of orientation, registration, requirements of teacher licensure, and graduation. The faculty and staff greatly value Cyndi's knowledge and expertise; she is our go-to person when we need specific information about degree programs across the University. Cyndi has also helped to develop and coordinate a number of departmental initiatives designed to increase student retention and achievement and to decrease time to graduation.
