Up to 10 days a semester at no cost. Extenuating circumstance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The Office of the Dean of Students in SUB 174 between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday.
  • Visit the Office of the Dean of Students
  • Meet with the Campus Assessment, Response, Education, and Support (CARES) Team
  • Fill out Student Housing Agreement form
  • Receive access to the Family & Graduate Housing space where CrashPad is located
  • Follow-up with the CARES Team for long-term support and additional resources
  • Not being enrolled in 7 or more credits or not paying the Student Activity Fee
  • Being currently suspended or trespassed from campus
  • Having an extensive disciplinary record
CrashPad cannot currently house families with children, but we encourage you to contact the Dean of Students for additional resources in the community. Families without children are able to use CrashPad as long as all members are over 18 and enrolled in 7 or more credits at Montana State University.
