Co-developed a culturally sensitive peanut nutrition bar with Bountifield International and smallholder women farmers in Senegal, West Africa; and established an experiential food entrepreneurship curriculum with the A.K.F. Wakhine School in Senegal to support Indigenous food sovereignty.
