Please use the following form to report a problem with your telephone or line. If you need to make a change to your phone service, please use the Telephone & Network Services Request Form found here:

Before submitting problem report, please reset your phone by unplugging it, waiting 15 seconds, then plugging it back in. If the problem persists, then submit the form.
