Description This training contains 6 required modules covering topics such as: an introduction to working with your species in a research setting, mandates and occupational health issues, finding alternative species, humane standards, housing, sourcing, quarantine, animal distress, biological features, care, monitoring, and euthanasia. An average score of 80% is needed to pass the training.

Upon completion of this training attendees will be authorized to work with the selected species covered in the training.
