What does the Good Neighbor Committee do? 

The Good Neighbor Committee (GNC) is a collaborative effort between Montana State University, the City of Bozeman and other community partners. Our focus is promoting positive neighborly behaviors and encouraging engagement between community residents and students.

ResLife Off Campus Housing 

The MSU Residence Life office offers off campus living resources for students who are looking at off campus living, regardless of where they live currently. These resources include a rental search checklist, a spending plan template, and a link to the ASMSU Legal Services on campus. 

Peak Property Management

Kevin O'Brien is the owner of Peak Property management and a licensed Montana realtor. As an MSU Grad, he has partnered with the Bobcat Parent & Family Program to provide the information that students, parents, and families need when looking at off campus housing. Kevin is also a part of the Good Neighbor Committee that works to collaborate between Montana State University and the City of Bozeman.
