Easy Web Based Ordering at EZPrint

We are familiar with many standard university printed materials, making it very easy for you to order or reorder your printing needs. The EZPrint online ordering system has an easy-to-complete request form for all of your printing projects. Please go to www.montana.edu/ezprint to fill out the order form and upload your file(s) that will come directly to our office to be processed, copied and delivered. This web submission service allows you to place electronic orders and upload your digital files online conveniently from any web browser in a 24/7 self-service environment. Official MSU Letterhead, Envelopes and Business Cards

Use EZPrint to create new letterhead, envelopes, or business cards that are conveniently set up with all the correct logos, fonts, color palette, and branding architecture. These templates are unique and exclusive to your department. Change and update variable fields in the templates and download a high-resolution pdf file to your desktop, which can then be uploaded to EZPrint to place your new order.

High-Quality Networked Digital Printing

University Printing Services offers both black and white and full-color printing capabilities directly from any PC or Mac connected to the MSU network. Our equipment can produce high-quality color digital prints on book or cover weight paper, with a matte or glossy finish, and up to 12" x 18" paper size. This technology produces high-quality prints and is economically priced for quantities from one up to 1,000.

Confidentiality and Security

We understand the importance of security and confidentiality for our client's projects. Our entire staff is trained to understand that customer confidentiality is crucial. As an in-house printer, we are able to offer a high level of security by keeping your projects on-campus, handled solely by university staff.

We also offer a high level of security for the reproduction of exams. Although we employ students as delivery persons, they are not allowed to see or handle any exams. We offer 24-hour service on exams.

Easy Billing

Billing is easy. Payment through the university electronic, automatic billing system is the preferred method. All we need is your department's Banner account number (charge number) when you place your order. We also accept checks or cash.

Course Packet Experience

With our longstanding experience in the preparation and fulfillment of academic course packet materials, we can produce your course packets or laboratory manual packets and keep them on file for electronic on-demand printing, future revisions and distribution. Our course packet program provides digital storage, fast turnaround production and bookstore delivery. Save Time and Money

Office copiers and printers are convenient and economical for small copy jobs. However, they can cost you money on larger jobs. When you have large projects involving long runs that can tie up personnel and equipment, we can save you time and money by combining several operations on our high-speed printers. Labor-intensive handwork can be eliminated, especially collating, stapling and binding. In addition, you can extend the life of your office copier and consumables by using our equipment for high-volume jobs.

Free Pick-up and Delivery when available

University Printing Services offers free pick-up and delivery most of the time, and a quick turnaround on your copy jobs. Please call 994-5708 to arrange for pick-up or stop by and discuss your print job in person.

Sometimes we will not be able to deliver due to our staffing shortage, but you'll get the chance to come down to the basement of Culbertson and say, "Hello!"
