In his role as Program Manager, Matt oversees the technology and software used in Residence Life. He manages both new projects and on-going programs related to housing software and housing operations.
Matt grew up in Montana and received a B.A. in Political Science from Montana State University while serving as a Resident Advisor and Assistant Resident Director. In his spare time, Matt enjoys getting outside on his bike, traveling, music, and keeping up with new technology.
In her role as Program Coordinator, Jaime provides customer service to our students and parents that have questions or concerns about room assignments or student account issues. In addition, she facilitates all of the room assignment process, contract release and exemption procedures, and our Housing Ambassador program.
Jaime graduated from Carroll College in 2005 with a degree in psychology. She brings customer service experience working in Conference Services at Carroll College and as a loan default prevention counselor for the Montana Guaranteed Student Loan Program. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing and live music.
In her role as Program Coordinator, Maureen supervises the Program Coordinators at each of the front desks in our residence halls. She also manages the break housing program for Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring Break. Maureen works in our Central Office helping students and parents with questions and concerns that they might have throughout the year.
While studying Heath and Human Development at MSU over the years, Maureen has chosen to make Residence Life her career for the past twenty years. If she's not around campus, she can be found at one of her son's baseball games or reading.
In her role as Administrative Associate, Kim works to make the Residence Life central office a helpful resource for students, parents, and staff. She also assists the Residence Life Director team with marketing and works with students to make their residence hall living experience the best it can possibly be.
Kim graduated from California School of Culinary Arts in 2005 with an associate's degree and a Le Cordon Bleu diploma in Culinary Arts. She brings a strong customer service background from working in real estate and international logistics before heading to the MSU team. When not working, Kim spends time exploring Montana with her husband and dog, camping, cooking, and canning.
