Program Manager

In her role as Program Manager, Jaime oversees the technology and software used in Residence Life, Family and Graduate Housing, and the Summer Housing operation. She also assists with customer service and administrative needs in the Residence Life Central Office. She has been with Residence Life at Montana State University since 2007, and has served the department in several different positions over the years.

Jaime brings customer service and administrative experience working in Conference Services at Carroll College and as a loan default prevention counselor for the Montana Guaranteed Student Loan Program. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, cheering on the Bobcats, and live music.

Program Manager

In her role as Program Manager, Maureen supervises the Program Coordinators at each of the front desks. Customer Service is an area program she strives to expand yearly to the student employee staff. She also manages the Contract Release Exemption Approval Committee and works with students seeking an exemption to the live-on requirement.

While studying Health and Human Development at MSU over the years, Maureen has chosen to make Residence Life her career for the past twenty plus years. When she’s not on campus, she may be found traveling or enjoying the outdoors.

In her role as Program Coordinator, Dori provides customer service to our students and parents that have questions or concerns about room assignments or student account issues. In addition, she facilitates all of the room assignment process, contract release and exemption procedures, and our Housing Ambassador program.

 

Olivia French

Administrative Associate

In her role as Administrative Associate Olivia provides administrative and customer service support for Residence Life and Auxiliary Services. Olivia recently graduated last fall from MSU with a degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience and has worked in Residence Life in various roles for the last 4 years. She enjoys hiking and camping in the summer and not going outside in the winter.

Administrative Associate

Eddy was raised in Central Coast California where his joy and curiosity for wildlife and the outdoors took hold, leading him to Big Sky Country. He most recently graduated from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelors degree in History and was an Advisor for the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, assisting students and their families. In his current role as Administrative Associate Eddy provides administrative and customer service support for Residence Life and Auxiliary Services. In his free time, you will find Eddy with his Labrador retriever, Faye, hiking, camping, or just watching a movie.
