Jeff Bondy

Director of Housing/Residence Life

In his role as the Director of Housing/Residence Life, he is responsible for the Residence Life Department, as well as Family & Graduate Housing. As he directs and manages the MSU Housing Enterprise, he works with the staff that delivers programs and services which enhance the academic and social success of the students living on campus. 

He received a Masters degree in Public Administration from Montana State University in May of 2000.

Assistant Director of Residence Life

In his role as Assistant Director of Residence life, James supervises the tasks and staff of the Central Office Administrative Staff as well as the front desk operations and the Residence Life Custodial team. He also oversees the development and implementation of the marketing efforts, assignments and applications as well as the administrative functions of the Residence Life department. James helps provide leadership to the Residence Life staff. 

James holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Student Development from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. Before serving as the Assistant Director he was a Resident Director for 5 years at MSU and worked as an Assistant Residence Life Coordinator at Kansas State University.

Assistant Director of Residence Life

In her role as Assistant Director of Residence Life, Amy supervises the tasks and responsibilities of the Resident Director team, leads the department’s development and functional utilization of the student conduct software, and coordinates residence life assessment efforts. She also assists with efforts to improve student satisfaction/retention, oversees the campus-wide community development program, supervises the academic living/learning centers, and helps provide leadership and supervision to the Residence Life staff.

She earned a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, in Ohio. Amy brings over a decade of experience working in housing and residence life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner and dog, loves getting out to travel and explore.

Program Manager

In his role as Program Manager, Matt oversees the technology and software used in Residence Life, as well as several Residence Life programs including international student housing. He also assists with customer service and administrative needs in the Residence Life Central Office.

Matt grew up in Montana and received a B.A. in Political Science from Montana State University while serving as a Resident Advisor and Assistant Resident Director. In his spare time, Matt enjoys getting outside on his bike, traveling, music, and keeping up with new technology.

Program Coordinator II

In her role as Program Coordinator I, Jaime provide customer service to our students and parents that have questions or concerns about room assignments or student account issues. In addition, she facilitates all of the room assignment process, contract release and exemption procedures and our Housing Ambassador program.

Jaime graduated from Carroll College in 2005 with a degree in psychology. She brings customer service experience working in Conference Services at Carroll College and as a loan default prevention counselor for the Montana Guaranteed Student Loan Program. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing and live music.

Program Coordinator II

In her role as Program Coordinator II, Maureen supervises the Program Coordinators at each of the front desks in our residence halls. She also manages the break housing program for Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring Break. Maureen works in our Central Office helping students and parents with questions and concerns that they might have throughout the year.

While studying Heath and Human Development at MSU over the years, Maureen has chosen to make Residence Life her career for the past twenty years. If she's not around campus, she can be found at one of her son's baseball games or reading.

Administrative Associate III

In her role as Administrative Associate III, Kim works to make the Residence Life central office a helpful resource for students, parents, and staff. She also assists the Residence Life Director team and works with students to make their residence hall living experience the best it can possibly be.

Kim graduated from California School of Culinary Arts in 2005 with an associates degree and a Le Cordon Bleu diploma in Culinary Arts. She bring a strong customer service background from working in real estate and international logistics before heading to the MSU team. When not working, Kim spends time exploring Montana with her husband and dog, camping, cooking, and canning.
