The DISC offers mentoring opportunities for students identifying with a wide variety of underrepresented identities- including but not limited to LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Hispanic/Latinx, varying ability statuses, religious/spiritual affiliations- to be paired with faculty, staff, or other students as mentors.

Goal of the program

The goal of this mentoring program is to create supportive relationships that foster students’ sense of belonging and connectedness within the MSU community.

What will mentors do?

Mentors can help students along their paths to developing career interests, achieving academic and social success, or simply finding their place at MSU.
