100 MSU students Rock the “M” by putting a fresh coat of paint on the “M.”  The "M" has long been a symbol not only of Montana State University, but of the Bozeman community. The "M" is loved and cared for by the students, faculty, and staff of Montana State University.  This is an annual event that takes place the weekend before MSU Homecoming to make the “M” sparkle!

Sponsored by these MSU Offices: Office of Student Engagement, Administration & Finance, and Facility Services.

Registration will open soon!

For questions about Rockin' the "M" please contact:

Pre-Registration Required.

We celebrated 100 years of the M and kept the tradition alive by sending students up to paint! Thanks to all who participated.
