Position Description

$18 per hour including Tips (Historically $4 per hour).
Firehouse Subs is seeking Team Members for our new location in the Montana State University Strand Union.
Ability to have fun while making Sandwiches and Salad dishes. Fairly simple work environment. We don't have Fryers to clean, Grills or Griddles to scrub, no Hoods to clean simple. Just Meat, Cheese, Bread and lots of smiles.
Job Requirements: Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent menu and product knowledge. Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order. Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner. Team player. Participates in all Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives. Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace. Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per manager direction, or other duties assigned by the manager. Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
