Spring semester is in progress, and I wanted to send out a few campus highlights, a calendar of upcoming events around the state, and a few other points of interest.
In terms of highlights...
|
• Coach Ash, head Bobcat Football coach, was named the 2011 Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year for the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision. The award is the leading college football honor recognizing coaches for their sportsmanship, integrity, responsibility and excellence, on and off field.
• Men's and Women's Cat/Griz basketball will take to the courts here at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse on February 4, 2012.
• February and March are big months for Bobcat skiing. MSU's Alpine and Nordic ski teams will host NCAA Division I Regionals in February and the NCAA Skiing Championships in March at Bridger Bowl and Bohart Ranch respectively.

As you place your spring orders, please don't forget the Bobcats! The Bobcat Club will be touring the state in spring and summer hosting social events and golf tournaments, so make sure you've got a good selection of men's and women's polos and wind shirts.
