Brush and Lee are partners in the New York and Portland-based design collaboration SoftRigid. Their works span all scales of architectural production, from furniture and interiors to buildings and strategic master plans. They have won numerous design awards and have exhibited nationally and internationally. Their works have also been published widely in print and on the Web. This summer, they completed their first commissioned project, The Dynamic Performance of Nature, a 1,300 square-foot permanent installation in the Leonardo Museum in Salt Lake City, Utah, They are currently visiting scholars at MSU, co-teaching a design studio entitled "Metalytical Apparatus: Information Systems in Architecture."
