MontanaPBS is working with nationally acclaimed composer Tim Janis for the third annual taping of Celebrate America, a music program spotlighting high school choirs from across Montana.

Twelve choirs will convene at MontanaPBS's Jack Hyyppa studio on the MSU campus Friday, Nov.11, to record their performance for a broadcast, which will air next March.

In order to create the best experience for the nearly 400 students, MontanaPBS seeks volunteers from the campus and the community.

Volunteer opportunities include:

Preparing the studio for the production and creating dressing rooms on Thursday, Nov. 10, from 5-9 p.m.
Serving as room marshals and stewards for one to two hours on Friday, Nov. 11, beginning at 7 a.m. and ending at 6 p.m.
Clearing the set and returning the dressing rooms to their previous arrangement on Friday, Nov. 11, from 6-8 p.m.

A brief welcome and training session for those working during the taping will be held the afternoon of Monday, Oct. 10.
