The public is invited to observe a master class by cellist Colin Carr, to be held from 4:30-6 p.m. Friday, March 2, at Montana State University's Reynolds Recital Hall.

Carr is a British cello soloist, chamber musician, recording artist and teacher. He will be performing the Schumann Concerto with the Bozeman Symphony on Saturday, March 3.

Carr is a professor at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and the Royal Academy of Music. He appears throughout the world as a soloist, chamber musician, recording artist and teacher. He has played with major orchestras worldwide.

Carr's master class is free. Reynolds Recital Hall is located in Howard Hall, across the street from the MSU Duck Pond.
