This is the 11th year that the quartet has performed at MSU at the invitation of the MSU School of Music. The Werner siblings, who all play the cello, were born and raised in Bozeman and perform around the world.
The performance will include some of the quartet's favorite works, from Baroque to contemporary, including music that the quartet played at its Carnegie Hall debut in 2012. Highlights will include works by Boccherini, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Arvo Pärt's "Magnificat," and a rendition of Bizet's "Carmen Fantasy."
Tickets may be purchased at the door the evening of the concert. General admission is $10; $5 for students.
Reynolds Recital Hall is located in Howard Hall, across the street from the MSU Duck Pond.
