BOZEMAN - Harvey Locke of the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative will present a free public lecture at the Museum of the Rockies on Wednesday, March 20 at 7 p.m.

Locke will present "Large Landscape Conservation from Yellowstone to Yukon and Beyond: A Shared Vision for the 21st Century." The lecture is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served prior to the presentation.

For 20 years, Locke has worked effectively and been published widely on large landscape conservation from Yellowstone to Yukon and around the world.

The talk is part of the Montana Institute on Ecosystems Distinguished Visiting Lecturer Series. Stephen Jackson, director of the Southwest Climate Science Center, will speak at the Museum of the Rockies on April 24.
