Bozeman – Montana State University, Associated Students of Montana State University and Karst Stage have teamed up to provide a low-cost shuttle service to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport for students traveling during winter break.

Outbound service from MSU to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport will be available Dec. 12-15, with return inbound service from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport to MSU being offered Jan. 5-7.

Students will have the choice of either a one-way or round trip fare, which will cost $10 or $18, according to Chelsea Schmidt, MSU assistant director of business and community relations.

“MSU is glad to be working with Karst Stage to provide students with this convenient and affordable transportation option,” said Schmidt. “This idea has been in the pipeline for a while, and we are grateful to Karst for so generously donating a portion of their services to get this up and running.”

The shuttle will make three stops on campus for each trip to the airport. Those stops will be at the corner of 8th Street and Harrison Avenue, in front of the Strand Union and in front of Hedges Complex, all of which are regular stops used by Streamline Bus. Students using the return service from the airport back to campus will be asked to meet in the shuttle lane in front of the rental car counters.

“We know there are a lot of students traveling during winter break. Providing this shuttle seemed like a great opportunity to serve our students in another way and give them one less thing to worry about during finals week,” Schmidt said.

For more information, or to reserve a spot on the shuttle, visit Reservations are required by Dec. 10.

Students who live off campus are also invited to take advantage of free parking at MSU during the winter break. For more information, visit:
