Volunteers are invited to assist with the 31st annual Montana Science Olympiad, set for Tuesday, Nov. 24, on the campus of Montana State University. 

Volunteers are needed for running and scoring events, guiding participants around the MSU campus and helping in the Montana Science Olympiad office. 

The Montana Science Olympiad is an academic interscholastic competition that consists of a series of individual and team events. Students in grades 6-12 from all over the state participate in challenging competitions in biology, Earth science, chemistry, physics and computers and technology.

Students, faculty, staff and community members who are interested in volunteering may sign up by calling (406) 994-7476 or emailing mtscioly@gmail.com. Individuals should sign up by Oct. 15.

MSU students who volunteer may earn 700 Champ Change points, a free lunch and a free T-shirt.
