BOZEMAN -- Twenty-one undergraduate students and four graduate students recently received scholarships and fellowships to pursue science and engineering at one of the 19 colleges and universities in the Montana Space Grant Consortium. Total worth was $101,000.

The consortium gave each undergraduate recipient a $1,000 scholarship for the 2006-07 school year. Each graduate student received a full-year fellowship amounting to $15,000 plus in-state tuition and fees. Funding came from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
