Towne's Harvest Garden students will continue to hold a weekly farm-stand near the wind sculpture by the SUB every Friday from 3-6 p.m. as long as the weather cooperates.

Towne's Harvest Garden (THG) is MSU's teaching farm, located one mile west of campus on the Montana Agricultural Experiment Station and MSU Horticulture Farm. Supported by both the College of Education, Health and Human Development and the College of Agriculture, THG is the outdoor classroom for students enrolled in the Sustainable Food & Bioenergy Systems degree program.

Part of the THG mission is to engage students in service to the community by supplying the Gallatin Valley Food Bank with fresh vegetables. THG practicum students will also provide service this summer to other local producers. By spending several hours per week working on a partner farm, students will cultivate relationships with mentors who are successfully operating food and agriculture businesses.
