All departmental purchases of carpet, carpet installation, drapery, curtains, drapery
hardware and drapery installation are the responsibility of Facilities Services, regardless
of dollar amount.
This policy provides a standardization program, proper site preparation, installation
and observance of all necessary and required fire and safety codes.
