This week's topic is: Academic Stress

There are many stresses that we encounter as move through the semester. Tests, papers, group projects, and labs can all contribute to stress throughout the semester.  We will be discussing Academic Stress Management to help deal with challenges and anxieties you may be facing in the middle of the semester. Partnering with Counseling and Psychological Services, tips and strategies to reduce stress will be given. This Dinner & Dialogue aims to be an open forum of tolerance and communication, where we can also learn skills to better equip ourselves for today and the future. Free dinner provided.
