Leadership Fellows Certificate

MSU’s Leadership Fellows Program is designed with all this in mind by providing academic coursework and applied opportunities to experientially study leadership and followership. 

Leadership Fellows Certificate

Montana State students pursuing any course of study are welcome to earn a Leadership Fellows Certificate. The Leadership Fellows Certificate is a 16-credit program of study offered through MSU’s Education Department. With leader development as a focus, students cultivate the competencies needed for relational, life-affirming leadership.

This program is designed to provide students with the essential tools needed to discover and develop their potential as positive leaders and empowered followers, each course offered by Leadership Fellows is designed to develop effective communicators, critical and creative thinkers and problem solvers, and local and global citizens.

Career Coaching & Professional Skills Studio

Professional career coaches help students with their career exploration, employer networking opportunities and job or internship searches. They also critique resumes and help students practice job interviews. Additionally, the Allen Yarnell Center for Student Success offers free workshops for students to develop the professional communication and collaboration skills that are highly sought after by employers.
