Microbiology: Pre-Medical

Research microorganisms to develop a crucial understanding of ecosystems, human health and beyond for a focus in a pre-medical career path.

Microbiology: Pre-Medical – B.S. in Microbiology, Pre-Medical Emphasis

In the Microbiology: Pre-Medical Track program at Montana State, students are able to delve into the study of medical microbiology, immunology and virology to prepare for medical or dental school, as well as other careers within the medical profession. For interested Microbiology: Pre-Medical Track students, the Health Professions Advising (HPA) Office is also available as a resource as they prepare for careers in healthcare.

The Microbiology major at Montana State offers five additional Options Within the Major: General Microbiology, Pre-Veterinary, Environmental Microbiology, Environmental Health and Medical Laboratory Science.
