19 set to graduate this spring as Montana State University Hilleman Scholars

Nineteen MSU students will graduate this spring after taking part in the Hileman Scholars Program, which was created at MSU in 2016 to provide academic opportunities to Montana students who might not otherwise have considered a college education.

Graduating Montana State student closes in on goal of becoming registered dietitian nutritionist

In the midst of a challenging situation, Savanna Delger isn't one to stand back and watch; she'd rather dive in and help. So, when her father was diagnosed with a kidney disease known as IgA nephropathy while she was in high school, Delger worked with a dietitian to come up with a nutrition plan to help him manage it and delay dialysis

Montana State physics student recognized with NSF Graduate Research Fellowship

MSU doctoral student Genevieve Nelson says she chose to study physics because she is wonderstruck by the intricacy of the natural world and the precision with which it is all held together. As a recipient of a 2024 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, she will continue her explorations of nature's complexity in the laboratory of John Neumeier, professor and head of the Department of Physics in MSU's College of Letters and Science.

Montana State professor receives prestigious Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award

Angela Des Jardins, an associate research professor in the Department of Physics at MSU, has received a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program award in physics and will travel to Zambia for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Montana State’s Pilar Santos earns one of the nation’s top graduate student fellowships

A recent graduate of MSU's Department of Microbiology and Cell Biology will continue environmental research begun during her undergraduate career with the support of a prestigious fellowship from the National Science Foundation.
