Program Overview: CLFC is a family-focused program that aims to build the resiliency of youth aged 9 to 17 and reduce the frequency of alcohol and other substance use.  CLFC is implemented through a community stystem, such as churches, schools, recreation centeres, and court-referred settings.  The six modules of the CLFC curriculum are administered to parents/guardians and youth in 18-2- weekly trainings.

Target Audience: Families of youth ages 9-17
