New business:

As a group, we decided what our goals were going to be for this 4H year. We mainly decided that we wanted to focus on marketing the youth council as a whole.

After that decision was made we made plans for when we wanted to revisit different ideas at different times. Some of these included marketing and fair events in January a county-wide 4H event in February and the revisitation of an attendance policy in September.

We visited the idea of a youth retreat to be held in December or January and discussed some places where we could hold it.

It was mentioned that Toys for Tots need volunteers, Then Henley Sexton presented on a service project being done by the Lewis and Clark county 4H ambassadors where they are collecting donations for kids in foster care receiving care bags.
