Olivia Harris called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.  Zoey led the pledges.

Minute Approval

The minutes from the previous meeting stand approved.

  • Looking for a youth member to be treasurer. 

Committee Reports

  • Outdoor

    • Weather permitting all shows will be held outside and the sale will be inside. Animals will be leaving Saturday night.

    • Meeting: July 13 at 5:30 p.m. in the Extension Office.

  • Indoor

    • Silent auction starting at 9 a.m. and pick-up at 6:30 p.m. 

  • Council

    • Meeting: July 15 at 6 p.m. in the BHB.

  • Fair Activities

    •  Wednesday was approved for Root Beer floats at 6:00 p.m. in the BHB. Cookies or cupcakes will be given to seniors.

    • Thursday was changed to a movie at 6:00 p.m. outside. Bring your own food.

    • Friday was changed to a scavenger hunt. We will have a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday. Prizes for the scavenger hunt will be handed out at 7:00 p.m.
