There is a $50 fee to attend a pre-conference session. Please select from ONE of the following sessions. 

EMG Coordinator Pre-Conference May 13, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

This interactive meeting will be dedicated to engaging and supporting Extension personnel who work with volunteers through the Extension Master Gardener program. Afternoon sessions will be designed to connect EMG coordinators at both the state and local level with colleagues and resources. Topics covered will include: program development, program evaluation, volunteer management, along with forward looking resource development led by the Extension Master Gardener National Committee.  

This pre-conference will be led and hosted by the Extension Master Gardener National Committee. An early lunch will be served along with afternoon snacks and appetizers.

4-H Volunteer Pre-Conference May 13, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

4-H Volunteer Specialists will gather for a day long pre-conference.   Participants will share and learn from each other. Agenda items will include: share fair, research focused discussion, table discussion about important issues, lightening talks, and an afternoon session on the Overview of the 4-H Thriving Model for 4-H Volunteer Specialists. There will also be updates from the 4-H Volunteerism Chartered group that was designed following the last NECV pre-conference.    Breakfast and lunch will be included.  Breakfast and lunch are included in the fee.
