 I believe in using the word movement, as opposed to “working out,” as a simpler way to describe the healthy ways that we can engage our bodies and minds and increase our well-being. I want to help clients find forms of movement that they can consistently perform and that make their individual bodies and minds feel good, this is my goal as a trainer. I’m here to facilitate an environment where you as a client can try new things, meet your fitness goals and embrace the beauty of your physical capabilities; this is the best way to find your passion, in and out of the gym!
