Please sign up on May 23rd or later as the clinic will resume on Wed May 25th.

Faculty & Staff

In addition to the Wednesday vaccine clinic, Faculty & Staff can go to the Bozeman Health MSU Clinic and many other community clinics and pharmacies to get a COVID vaccine or booster. Please visit to find locations nearby.

COVID-19 booster shots

CDC npw recommends a booster dose for everyone after completing the primary COVID vaccine series, and a second booster dose for some individuals. For more information on which booster you should receive, please review information at this CDC website: COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Shots.

Moderna vaccine

If you are an MSU student, faculty, or staff member who is 18 years or older and would like to receive any of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine doses, please log into the following website using your MSU NetID and password:  Once logged in, fill out the brief form confirming your interest in receiving a vaccine and updating your contact information. You should then receive an email and/or text within 48 hours containing a link to sign up for a specific appointment time at the next available clinic. Please do not share that link with others - it is only valid for one user. If you have any difficulty filling out the form or have questions about vaccine appointments, please call 406-994-3798.

Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson

If you prefer to receive Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson vaccinations (initial or booster doses), or need a Moderna vaccine but you are unable to come to an MSU vaccine clinic, please use the website to make an appointment at a site near you.
