MSU Facilities Services and the Information Technology Center combined on a Fall 2012 project, which provides additional, capacity for new computer servers, provide physical diversity for existing systems and add a level of redundancy to some of the systems currently located at Renne Library. Additionally, we provisioned an area that will be made available for university departments to locate their servers in the environmentally controlled atmosphere. These controls will include security, fire suppression, air conditioning, and uninterruptable power systems.
