Miller Dining Hall Renovation, Phase 1 of Food Service Modernization (2015)

Miller Dining Hall was recently remodeled and modernized. The remodel will change the way food is prepared and served. Food will be prepared in the open rather than behind closed walls. This method of food service will follow modern trends.

The major construction for Miller Dining Hall renovation was completed before the start of the Fall 2015 semester. Additional construction work continued throughout the Fall semester, but the additional construction did not inhibit the food service operations.

Additionally, Harrison and Hannon Dining Halls are in the design phase for remodel. The majority of renovation work for Harrison and Hannon will be completed before Fall 2016.
