Nikki Tuss

Nikki Tuss received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering from Montana State University and is a leader, problem solver and innovator. As an associate director of MSU MilTech, she has played an instrumental role in the last three years by tripling MilTech’s income and growing its customer base throughout the country. Tuss represents MSU to leaders in the Department of Defense (DOD) who regularly provide unsolicited praise for her interpersonal, communication, organizational and fiscal skills. She trains MSU women employees in communicating with external customers, working within MSU’s infrastructure and developing meaningful relationships throughout the DOD. She is a stellar leader and motivates others to follow her example in developing and managing systems. Tuss travels extensively and provides a lasting, excellent impression of MSU’s capabilities wherever she goes.

Nikki Tuss never seeks praise or a position on the podium.  These come naturally to her and inspire the other women who work for and with her.
