It is 65 degrees, winds are light and variable, traffic is moderate and moving through the incident scene. The driver is out of the vehicle with minor injuries and reports he did not see any product leaking.

Scenario #3

You are dispatched to a motor vehicle collision and find the situation shown in the photo below as seen through your binoculars. It is 35 degrees, winds are calm, traffic is moving through the incident scene. Location of the driver is unknown.

Scenario #4

You are dispatched to single vehicle motor vehicle collision involving a tractor/trailer truck carrying hazardous materials. On arrival you find the tractor heavily damaged. The driver appears to be unconscious in the driver’s seat. The picture below is the trailer of the semi as see through your binoculars. It is 25 degrees, no wind, traffic is stopped in all directions.

You are dispatched to an odor coming from an abandoned house. The neighbor called it in. The crew makes entry in structural PPE with SCBA, on air and a 4 gas monitor. As the crew enters the kitchen area, they see what is shown in the photo below. The 4 gas monitor is reading 4% of LEL. It is 80 degrees, winds 10 mph with higher gusts, and there are occupied homes within 75 feet on three sides.
