Coccinella septempunctata

Coccinella septempunctata is also known as the seven-spot ladybird beetle or seven-spotted lady beetle. It is a non-native species from Europe and is blamed for reducing numbers of native lady beetles in the United States. The larva and adult feed on aphids and other small insects.
