Enoplognatha ovata

This is a common candy-stripe spider. Adults have diverse color variation on their abdomens, and their bodies reach 6 mm in length. These spiders are native to Europe, but were accidentally introduced to North America. Females roll their egg sacs up in leaves and stand guard until the eggs hatch.
