  • Your e-mail request will automatically initiate a help desk ticket which will be routed to the best technician and tracked to completion
  • Your call request will be entered into the help desk system by a technician and subsequently routed and tracked to completion

To help serve you better please provide the following when submitting a help request:

  1. Provide your name, phone number, location
  2. Describe your issue/problem/request as clearly as possible

Follow up with the help desk for an update on your ticket as needed.
